Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, February 20, 2001 at the age of 33. Beloved son of Dietlind and Claude. Much loved brother of Frank, Henry and his wife Jennifer and Jean and his wife Karen. Felix will be remembered forever by his one true love Catherine. He will be sadly missed by his close relatives in Germany; Gerda Asselborn, and the families of Dr. Hinrich and Oggi Enderlein, Ulf and Gitti Loleit, Joachim and Christian Moller and Dr. Hans-Willfried and Johanna Rathenow, as well as a worldwide circle of friends. The family wishes to thank the dedicated nursing staff and Dr. John Seely for their care at the Ottawa General Hospital. To those who knew, admired and loved him, Felix will be remembered for his love of life, courage, generosity, leadership, integrity and the talent for bringing people together. A Memorial Service in celebration of his life will be held at Southminster United Church, 15 Aylmer Ave. (at Bank) on Saturday, February 24, 2001. Friends may visit with the family at church at 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Reception to follow. Donations to the Healing Fund of the United Church of Canada, the Humane Society or the Boy Scouts of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
