WW II Veteran - Retired Civil Servant Peacefully on Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Isobel Eva Keays (nee Fraser). Brother of the late Sybil Walker. Sadly missed by his friends Patricia Martin, Christa Keitel and Paul Lavictoire. At his request there will be no visitation or service. In memory of Jeff, donations to the Parkinson's Society of Ottawa-Carleton would be appreciated.
