At his home in Kingston, Ontario on Saturday, February 24, 2001. Born in Calgary on September 21, 1916. Survived by his son Frederic Hatheway Peter (Ric), residing in Australia, his daughter Catherine Ann Clubb, residing in London, England, his grandchildren Sarah Peters, Wendy Clubb, James Clubb and his former wife Joan Gilday. Private funeral and interment at Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa. memorial donations may be made to Queen's University, Advancement Business Office, Kingston, Ontario. Ottawa Citizen, February 27, 2001
