(nee Hemming). God took our dear sweet Nanny by the hand February 25, 2001. Waiting for her was Hector, her beloved husband and much loved son, Alan. She leaves to mourn her son Cliff, his wife Bobby, daughter-in-law Patricia in California. Grandchildren Lee, Doug, Brenda, Kimberly, Christopher, and seven great-grandchildren. Born May 4, 1904 in Birmingham, England, she lived a long and happy life. The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the wonderful staff at Knowlton House for the excellent care given over the past several years for dear Nanny. A memorial service and interment will be held at a later date. Cremation was held in Granby at Les Jardins Funeraires Bessette.
