In Chateauguay on February 25, 2001 at the age of eighty-six years, went to be with the Lord. Beloved husband of the late Lily Snelgrove and loving father of Mary (the late Raymond Nolette), Joan (Ian Handy) of Aurora, Ont. and Bill. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren: Mark, David, Laura, Julie (John Holowathy) and Karen (Matthew Ainsworth); and his nine great-grandchildren. Resting at Dallaire & Wilson Funeral Home, 123 Maple, Chateauguay. Visitation: Tuesday, February 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at Calvary Baptist Church, 210 Dubois Cr., Chateauguay on Wednesday, February 28 at 1 p.m., thence to the Christ-Roi Cemetery, Chateauguay.
