Of Cobden, in the Pembroke General Hospital on Sunday February 25, 2001 in his 87th year. Lloyd Sparling, beloved husband of Claudia Sparling (nee Rath). Dear father of Keith (Joan) and Harry (Barbara). Also survived by 6 grandchildren Jane, Tracey, Dan, Shawn, Sherri and Richard; 5 great-grandchildren Baylie, Riley, Katlyn, Connor and Matthew, and 1 brother Bert (Bernice). Predeceased by an infant son Ralph, 1 sister Marjorie and 2 brothers Clarence and Keith. Friends may call at the Fraser-Morris & Heubner Funeral Home, Cobden, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday from noon until 1:45 p.m. thence to Grace United Church, Cobden for Service at 2 p.m. Spring interment Wesley United Cemetery, Pembroke.
