Peacefully in Winchester on Saturday March 10, 2001, Gordon McDonald of Russell in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Doris (Reid). Cherished father of James (Marie) McDonald and Jeannette (Orval) Rothenberger, all of Russell. Loving grandmother of Judie Roberge, Murray McDonald; Kirk, Heather and Michael Rothenberger and eight great-grandchildren. Predeceased by two brothers. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Duncan Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 6971 Bank Street (formerly Highway 31, between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Monday in the Chapel for Service at 12 p.m. Cremation with interment of cremated remains at North Russell Cemetery at a later date.
