Quietly at 11:15 p.m. at Lakeshore Hospital, on March 11, 2001 at the age of eighty-four. She is survived by five brothers and sisters in the Netherlands (Nel, Marie, Henk, Wim, Tine) and many dear friends in Canada. She was a founding and active member of First Christian Reformed Church of Montreal since 1954. She was a proud and active member for fifty years of Zonta International (club of Montreal). She spent over twenty-five years in faithful service at the Dutch Consulate in Place Ville Marie of downtown Montreal. Visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 13 at Alfred Dallaire, 14370 Pierrefond Boulevard (just West of St. Jean) A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 14 (with reception afterwards) in the First Christian Reformed Church on 52 Joseph Paiement, Dollard-Des-Ormeaux (corner of Alie west of Sources Blvd, north of Hwy 40,).
