Peacefully at the Jewish General Hospital on March 11, 2001 at the age of sixty-eight. Beloved husband of Doris. Loving father of Donna (the late Scott Smith) and the late Evie (the late George Fuller). Much loved grandfather of Spencer and Brandon. Also survived by his sister-in-law Agnes Smith, his nephew Eddie (Giana) and children, as well as other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Eva and Tom Vlahakis. Visitation will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., Dollard des Ormeaux on Thursday, March 15 from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by the service in the chapel at 7 p.m. Donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
