On Monday, March 12, 2001 at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, age 10. Youngest son of Meg and Paul Sears, brother of Edmund,Jennifer and Elizabeth. The family would like to thank Dr. Jacqueline Halton and all the other wonderful staff at CHEO for their loving and excellent care. Eric's last four years would not have been possible without many generous donors of blood and platelets, to whom the family is very grateful. A celebration of Eric's life will be arranged at a later date. Donations to the Children's Hospital Foundation, 401 Smyth Rd., Ottawa, for Neuroblastoma research would be very much appreciated.
