(nee Perun). Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12, at the age of seventy-four years. Survived by her loving husband Stephen Sykelyk and her children Walter, Susan (George), and Peter. Dear grandmother of Alexander. She also leaves to mourn her mother-in-law Anna Sykelyk, her sisters and brother in Europe, sisters-in-law Mary (George), Irene (Joseph), nephews Michael and Jimmy, her niece Kimberly and many other relatives and friends. Resting at Alfred Dallaire Funeral Home, 3254 Bellechasse (corner St-Michel). Funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 16, at the St-Sophie's Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, 6255 St-Michel, thence to the Mount Royal Cemetery. Visitation on Wednesday, March 14, from 2 to 5 p.m., and Thursday, March 15, from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Panachyda Wednesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
