On March 20, 2001 at the age of 63 years. Survived by his nieces Joanne, Janet and one nephew Dan. He will be missed by a good friend J.J. Brother of the late John Provost and the late Suzanne Theelen. A funeral will be held Monday, March 26 at 11 a.m. at the St-Francois d'Assise Church. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Racine, Robert & Gauthier. Ottawa Citizen, March 24, 2001
