(Captain RCAF - 25 years & retired CBC - 20 years) Peacefully in hospital on Wednesday, March 21, 2001, aged 82 years. Woody Nichol, beloved husband of the late Lillian Nichol (nee Hurd). Loving father of Barrie (Dianne), Ron (Celine), Gail Vezina (Gil), Debbie Kennedy (Bob) and Robbie (Sue). Dear grandfather of 11 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 6. Survived by sister Daisy Petersen and Joan McInnes. Predeceased by sister Lillian and by brother John. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road), Nepean, on Friday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.
