Peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, 2001 at his residence in Quyon, Quebec. Jan de Haan, aged 80 years, joined his wife, Jantje. Dear father of Mel, Willy (Joan), Corny (Annette), Harm, Tinus (Jackie), and Renee. Loving grandfather of John, Debbie, Kim, Richard, Heather, Brad, Kelly, Janice, Derek, Doug, Bruce, Sandra, Stacy, Jeff, Fred, and Heidi. Also survived by 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, Melle and Otje. Dear brother of Wiegerty (John), Boukje, Hein, Minke (Klaas), Janke, and Corrie. Also predeceased by brothers Kees and Hank. Special thanks to Dr. Vander Stelt's compassionate care and dedication, as well as the C.L.S.C. for their care. Friends may call at the W.J.
