(nee Marcellus) Peacefully at Starwood Nursing Home, Nepean, on Sunday, April 1, 2001. She was the beloved daughter of the late John Marcellus and Mary Anne McInnis. She leaves her twin brother Aden and his wife Hilda of Iroquois, their sons Dale and his wife Barbara of Ottawa and Graham and his wife Doris of Ottawa, their families, and a special niece Irene Bailey of Morrisburg. She was predeceased by brothers Ralph and Ernest Marcellus. She will be remembered for her love of teaching both at Morrisburg and in Barrie, her extensive travels with her friend Dorothy Loth, her excellent bridge luncheons, her love of shopping, and her weekly Sunday lunches at Swiss Chalet with family. Her other favourite was tea at the Chateau Laurier with Mary and Archie Ross. At Starwood Dale St. Pierre was a wonderful friend and companion. This special lady will be greatly missed. Friends may call at the Marsden & McLaughlin Funeral Home, Iroquois, on Tuesday, April 3rd from noon until time of service at 1 p.m. Spring interment Dundela Cemetery. Donations to Palliative Care at Starwood Nursing Home, 114 Starwood Road, Nepean, a very caring and supportive unit for the family, or to a charity of your choice would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
