SAUVÉ, Alfred Joseph – At St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Center on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Alfred Sauvé of Cornwall; age 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline (Brunette) Sauvé. Special Dad to Lise Phair (Donald) of Cornwall. Dear brother of Daniel Sauvé (late Aurore) of Cornwall and Rose Adams (late Morrow) of Bourget. Dear son of the late Dieudonné Sauvé and the late Anna (Carrière) Sauvé. Predeceased by infant daughter Paulette, one brother René Sauvé (late Marie) and seven sisters Cécile Croteau (late Pierre), Hilda Taillon (late Gabriel), Clorida Giroux (late Hector), Hélène Lamoureux (late Théodore), Agnes Beaudry (late Léo), Gabrielle Taillon (late Ernest) and Simone McGillivray (late Leslie). Survived by many nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws. Resting at Lahaie and Sullivan, Cornwall Funeral Home, West Branch, 20 Seventh St. West (613-932-8482) from 2 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Monday February 28, 2011 for service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Followed by cremation. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday and Monday from 12 P.M. until the time of service. Memorial Donations to the St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Center would be appreciated by the family.
