(nee Trakakis). In her ninety-third year. Passed away suddenly at the Sacre Coeur Hospital on Sunday, April 1, 2001. Devoted wife of the late Bill Platis. She leaves to mourn her beloved children Kathryn, Lenia (Louis Stamatakos) and Tasso. She was the cherished grandmother of Greg Vlahos (Debbie), Helen Vlahos (Doug), Jimmy Stamatakos (Stephanie), Billy Stamatakos (Olga) and Billy (Kim) and Christopher (Tricia) Platis. Proud great-grandmother of ten great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her sister Aspasia and brother Stamatis (Maria) of Greece. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Christina will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Resting at Urgel Bourgie Funeral Home, 1255 Beaumont on Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral services at Evangelismos Tis Theotokou Church, 777 St. Roch on Thursday morning at 11 a.m., thence to Mount Royal Cemetery.
