Wendy Susan WHEELER

(nee Wheeler) After her brave struggle with lung cancer, Wendy left us on Monday, April 2, 2001 at age 50. She was at home surrounded by family and lots of love when she finally found peace. Beloved wife of Vaughn, cherished mother of Kevin and Patrick McNamara, daughter of Jeannine and the late Charles Wheeler, sister of Bob Wheeler (Maria) and Sandra (Michael McNamara). We were blessed by the time she spent with us and are richer for having known her. She will be greatly missed because she was greatly loved. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond Road) on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, April 5, 2001 at 2 p.m., followed by reception. Private interment Beechwood Cemetery. Donations to the Amethyst Women's Addiction Centre where Wendy worked for the last 10 years or the Palliative Care Outreach Program would be appreciated.
