GRATTON, Roger – Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Cornwall Hospice on Monday March 7th, 2011. Roger Gratton of Glen Walter; age 65 years. Beloved husband and best friend of 42 years, Carmen (Ménard).Cherished and adored father of Robert Gratton and Tammy Murphy (Nathan). Loved brother of John (Rhea) and Lorraine DeWolfe. Predeceased by his parents Fernand and Bertha and by his brother Rénald (late Lorraine). Very special brother in-law of René and Marguerite Proulx, (late Gérard Beaulieu), Rhéal and Annette Ménard, late Conrad and Jacqueline Ménard , Réjean and Georgette Julien, Gérald and Jeanne Ménard, Mike Ménard (late Judy), Marcel and Denise Samson, Richard and Liliane Parisien. Fondly remembered by godson Stephan Parisien and by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Also predeceased by his in-laws Omer and Irène Ménard. Arrangements entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) Funeral Thursday, March 10, 2011 for Mass of Christian Burial in Precious Blood Church at 2 p.m. Cremation.
