Rosie Rossignol 1919-2011 At Hotel-Dieu of Saint Joseph Hospital, Perth-Andover, April 1, 2011, Mrs. Rosie Rossignol of Currie Road passed away at the age of 92 years. She was the wife of the late Eusebe "Buster" Rossignol who died in 1991. Born at Grand Falls in 1919, she was a daughter of the late James Patrick and Victoria (McClure) Mulherin. She is survived by two sons, Don (Pat) of Currie Road and Steve of New Denmark, two daughters, Donna Standup (Clifford) and Jenny Diotte (Pierre) of Montreal, daughter-in-law, Audrey Rossignol (late Arthur) of Anderson Road, 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, one sister, Grace Gage (Fred) of Indiana, one brother, Raymond (Kay) of Limestone, Maine, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Arthur and Gilbert (late Carole), siblings, Irene, Eva, Ernest, Pauline, Marie, Sam, Oscar and infant sister Laura and infant twin brothers Alonzo and Lorenzo. Resting at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, Anderson Road with visiting hours Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Her funeral service will be held Monday, April 4th at 11 a.m. from St. Theresa's Church with Father Gilbert Doddatto officiating. Interment will be in the Assumption Cemetery, Blue Bell. For those who wish, donations to St. Theresa's Cemetery Fund would be appreciated by the family.
