(Formerly of Ottawa) Peacefully at his residence in Chilliwack, B.C., on April 10, 2001, age 70 years. Beloved husband of Carole Ann (Shields). Father of Jeffrey, Jolene (Jackson), Seanna and 5 grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Anita (Seguin) and Ann (Shields) and step-brother Tom Lowrey. Also survived by his mother-in-law Mary Shields, brothers-in-law Peter, David and John and sister-in-law Patti Jane and several nieces and nephews. Ottawa Citizen, April 21, 2001
