Lalonde Ronald – At the Cornwall Community Hospital (McConnell site) surrounded by his loving family on Friday April 22, 2011. Ronald Adrian Lalonde of Cornwall; age 77 years. Beloved husband of the late Maxine Lalonde ( Sproule). Cherished father of Pam Lalonde , Mark Andrew, Brenda Farrell (Irwyn) and Brian . Loved poppa of Danielle (Fred), Lance (Tina), Candice, Cody, Ashley (Alain), Brandon and Brianna. Great grand father of Zackery, Abigail, Sydney and Tanner. Ronald is survived by his brothers Norman (Therese) and Robert (Rachelle) and by his sister Ms. Ann Lalonde. Predeceased by his parents Roy Edward and Marie Eva Lalonde, his brother Roy (Lillian) Lalonde, a sister Molleen (Euclide) Tessier and by his grand daughter Amy-Maxine Dixon. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m. Monday. Funeral Tuesday April 26, 2011 for a Memorial Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday and from 12noon till time of service on Tuesday. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
