Lionel L. LABELLE

Passed away peacefully on April 14, 2001 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of the late Geralda Morin. He will be grieved by his children Danielle of Calgary (Jean-Louis Lupien), Louise (Denis "Good Buddy" Sylvestre) of Casselman and Annette of Regina; his grandchildren Lise (Dave Hewitt) of Calgary, Chantale of Rockland, Karine of Joliette, Denis of Vancouver and Andre (Kate Duggleby) of Regina; his great-grandchildren Miranda Kay and Cassandra; his sisters Rita (late James Logan) and Eva (late Eugene Brunette) and many nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by his daughter Marie, his sisters Gabrielle, Reina, Simone and Agathe and his brothers Israel and Bruno. The cremated remains of the deceased and of his beloved wife (who died on December 31, 1987) will be laid to rest at a private ceremony. The date of the funeral service will be determined later. Family members would like to thank the Montfort Hospital, General Hospital and especially the St-Jacques Nursing Home for the good care provided to their father. Ottawa Citizen, April 18, 2001
