(The Stepdancer's Fiddler) Suddenly at his home on Saturday, April 14, 2001, in his 77th year. Beloved partner of Bernice Gustafson. Loving father of Roger (Denise) Benoit, Robert (Joyce), Denise (Graham) Wright, Pierrette Chapman (Paul Seibel), Raymond (Jeannette), Diane (Lyn) Ferguson, Ronnie (Lynn Gendron), and Roger. Predeceased by wife Fernande, son Richard, and two infants and grandson Robby-Lyn Ferguson. Survived by 18 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Also survived by sisters Irene Fournier of Montreal and Roland Theoret of Ottawa. Visitation at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St. South, Renfrew, on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 9 to 10:15 a.m. Liturgy of the Word will be held at St. Francis Xavier Church on Wednesday, April 18 at 10:30 a.m. Spring interment Parish Cemetery.
