Agnieszka KOZAK

(nee Kozak). Passed away peacefully in Montreal on April 14, 2001, at the age of ninety-seven. Beloved wife of the late Ignacy, dear mother of Mary (Mieczyslaw Szuber) and Floreen (Thomas Cleary). Cherished grandmother of Darlene (Bryan), Donna, Theresa (Jack), Jason Patrick and Marc. Loving great-grandmother of Jennifer and Anthony. Will be missed by Joseph Jr. Visitation at Alfred Dallaire Funeral Home, 3254 Bellechasse (corner St. Michel) on Monday, April 16 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service on Tuesday, April 17 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Polish Church, 2550 Gascon, thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery. Masses or donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or to charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
