Grant Janet Robina nee Paul 1935-2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Janet, loving wife of Donald for 55 years. Devoted mother of Douglas (Joy), Wilene (Alan), Wendy (John), and Donna (Jon). Proud Grandma of Kurt, Dustin and Chad Cullen, Grant, Cara, Kaylie and Bryce Stuckey, and Beth and Sheldon Grant. Survived by sisters Marion (George), and Helen (Buck), and predeceased by brothers Melville, Douglas (Eileen), Russell (Beryl), Mervin (Thelma) and brother-in-law George. Dear sister-in-law of Arline (Gene) and aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Our heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and staff of the Barrie Memorial Hospital (3rd floor) and the Huntingdon Residential and Long-Term Care Centre (2nd floor). A private internment of ashes is to be held at the Athelstan Cemetery with the family. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 on Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Athelstan Presbyterian Church, 139 Ridge Road, Hinchinbrooke, with visitation at the church one hour prior to the service. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the Women’s Auxiliary of the Huntingdon County Hospital and/or the Barrie Memorial Hospital Women’s Auxiliary.
