At Montreal on April 19, 2001, at the age of seventy-eight years, passed away following a lengthy illness. Loving husband of Czelawa, father to Richard and Mary Anne, Dziadzio to Amanda and Nikolas; also survived by a brother and sister in Poland and many relatives and friends. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the staff of the Royal Victoria Hospital. Dziadzio was a grandfather that I'll always remember. I'll miss him a lot, but I will always have memories and I will never forget him. I know that he will always be watching over me from Heaven. May he rest in Peace (Amanda).
