On Tuesday, April 24, 2001, Jackson Reeves Watchorn in his 88th year, following a lengthy illness. Son of the late Judson Thomas and Myrtle Watchorn. Husband of the late Laura Ethel Watchorn (King) of Merrickville and Smiths Falls. Dear father of Paul (Jennifer) and dear grandfather of Joshua Thomas of Cumberland. Funeral took place at Litheow-Bennett Funeral Home in North Miami, Florida on Thursday, April 26th, 2001. Ottawa Citizen, April 29, 2001
