nee Law On Saturday, April 28, 2001 at the Wakefield Hospital, Isabel Ina Bayly, nee Law, beloved wife of Gilbert (Bud) Bayly. A long time resident of Chelsea and of her beloved Gatineau Hills. Naturalist, ecologist and retired Professor of Biology, Carleton University. Animal lover and guardian and provider to generations of raccoons. She served as a Councilor in the Municipality of Chelsea (1985-89) and was a founding member of Chelsea's Environment Commission. She will be remembered and missed by a wide circle of family, friends and acquaintances. A Memorial Service will be held at the McGarry Memorial Chapel, Wakefield (junction of Hwy 105 and Chemin Valley) on Wednesday, May 9, 2001 at 2 p.m. Donations to the Gatineau Memorial Hospital.
