National Award Winning Poet Peacefully after a battle with cancer, at the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday, April 29, 2001 at the age of 44. She is greatly loved and missed by her daughters Sarah and Anya, her mother Janna, her brother John, her extended family and a great many friends, especially Peter. Friends and colleagues are invited to celebrate Diana's life at the First Unitarian Church on Sunday, May 20, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. Donations to a Trust Fund For Immerging Poets in Diana's memory, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
