(Smith) At the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Cornwall on Sunday, April 29, 2001. The former Mary Rose Smith. Beloved wife of the late Reilly A. Hodgins. Dear mother of Jill (Dr. Brian Tallon), and mother-in-law of Bonnie Weir-Hodgins. Loving grandmother of Michael Hodgins (Ann Marie) and Shannon Hodgins (Michael Secours); and dear great-grandmother of Ashley, Erin and Meghan Hodgins. Lovingly remembered by her sisters Mary Aubry and Marion Dion, both of Ottawa and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Stephen and Mary Agnes (O'Byrne) Smith; son Robert Hodgins; daughter Colleen Hunt; sister Kathleen McCann; and brothers Stephen, Merlin and Regis Smith. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall from 2 p.m. Tuesday May 1st. (The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Columbans Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 2, 2001 at 11:00 a.m.) Rite of Committal Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa, Ontario.
