Bolton, Jeffrey Elwin, peacefully passed away at the age of 45 years, on january 7, 2011 at CHUS Fleurimont in Sherbrooke, with his family by his side. He leaves to mourn Wendell Bolton, father and Janet Bolton, step-mother and his brothers and sisters: June Bolton, Jason Bolton, Annie Visser, John Visser (Cathy), Mary Visser-Blokzijl (Allen) and Bill Visser (Bonnie). He will sadly be missed by his family and friends. In lieu of flowers send donations to All Saints Anglican church in Hereford, Qc, c/o Rose Howe, 1255 route 141, R.R. 1, St-Herménégilde, Qc, J0B 2W0. A sincere thank you for the excellent care Jeffrey received at the Coaticook hospital, pavillon Ste-Catherine 2 and at the CHUS Fleurimont surgical ICU. Visitations: Sunday january 9, 2001, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Monday from 12 (noon). The service will be held monday january 10, at 2 pm at All Saints anglican church in Hereford, Qc, Rose Howe officiating.
