Marie Therese ARBEZ

(nee Arbez). On Friday, May 4, 2001 Marie-Therese Doyle, aged 75 years, passed away peacefully at her residence with her very loving husband Francis Patrick and her family at her side. She leaves to mourn, her husband and their children - Rosemary (Gilbert), Patricia (Peter), Elaine (George) and Paul (Judy) as well as nine grandchildren. Marie-Therese was a beautiful person in every sense of the word. She loved her family and loved her friends. She was a teacher who sought to make others happier and even learned Braille in order to help others in the community. She was a humble person who never sought recognition, but rather did all she could to help her husband and children attain their goals. Her example shone forth in everything she did. Marie-Therese leaves her community and this world having made them by her presence, just a little better. She surely has attained her eternal reward. The family wishes to thank Dr. John Foerster, Dr. G.G. Lemoine, Dr. D. Fewer, Dr. D. Hobson, the nurses and staffs of Ste. Anne, St. Boniface and Health Science Centre hospitals, the nurses and staff of the South Eastman regional home care service and all those dear friends who made Marie-Therese's illness a little easier to bear through their compassion and their love. Prayers will be said at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 7 at the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8 at the Ste.
