July 27, 1942 - May 7, 2001 A 30 year Veteran of Royal Canadian Army RCR, Airborne Peacekeeper in Cyprus and Lebanon, Corps Commissioner (Supreme Court). In Ottawa on Monday, May 7, 2001 at the age of 58. Beloved husband of Sharon Oliver. Beloved step-father of Marjorie Cormier, Michael Cormier, both of Ottawa, Brian and Anna Cormier of St Albert. AB. Grandfather of Rebecca and Laura. Brother of Don Heath, Gloria Halladay and Carol Birnie. Neil will be sadly missed by many friends and co-workers. Friends may visit at the St Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road at Aviation Parkway on Friday, May 11, 2001 from 1 p.m. until service time in the Chapel at 3 p.m. Contributions to the Diabetes Association or to the Montfort Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
