(Berkan). 1916-2001. One day after her eighty-fifth birthday passed away at St-Eustache hospital on Mother's Day May 13, 2001. Beloved wife of Leslie, much loved mother of Lorrie, Donald and Robert. Vi was a very devoted grandmother to Tasha, Eric and Tammy, Chrissy, Jenny and Danny. She is survived by her remaining sisters Grace and Ethel, brothers Walter, Elmer and Floyd. She also leaves to mourn many nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. Resting at Complexe Funeraire Regional Guay Inc. 418 Labelle blvd. (corner hwy. 640) Rosemere. Funeral service at Ste-Therese United Church on Thursday, May 17 at 11 a.m. Thence to the church hall for a reception. Visitation Wednesday, May 16 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday as of 10 a.m. The special bond of mother and child is written with love of their hearts and souls and make them a part of each other forever.
