C. Eric Leanard SUTTON

Peacefully at home, after a courageous battle, surrounded by family, on Tuesday May 15, 2001 in his 51st year. Loving husband and best friend of Eleanor (nee Armitage). Beloved son of Thelma and the late William Sutton, and devoted son-in-law of Erline and the late Irwin Armitage. Loving brother of Judy, Bill (Sharon), and Kathy (Dave McArthur). Special brother-in-law to Brian, Catherine, Dwight and Carol Armitage. Heroic uncle to 12 nieces and nephews, and six great-nieces and nephews. He instilled in many that life is fragile and gave the courage to go on. Eric was the Past President of Shawville Kinsmen, Quyon Legion and the Ottawa Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road on Thursday, May 17 and Friday, May 18, 2001. Funeral Service on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Quyon United Church. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery, Shawville, Quebec. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated.
