Retired - Metropolitan Life Employee Peacefully in hospital on Tuesday, May 22, 2001, beloved husband and partner of June Hamilton for 50 years. Devoted father to Kathleen Hagen (Brian) and William Michael Powell (Virginia). Loving grandpa to Miles, Chelsea and Weston Powell; loving grampy to Annie Laurie Hagen. Dear brother of Robert (Lynda), Rosemary Lepine (Jos.) and the late John (Bernice). Bill will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may pay their respects at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent Street on Thursday. Funeral Mass Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Basilica. Interment Notre Dame Cemetery.
