Kwok, Amy (Chan) (1939-2011) On October 11, 2011, Amy passed away serenely at St. Luc Hospital.She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Dr. Clyde Kwok, son Hugh, grandson Tyler and her loyal pet Bo Bo. The family will receive friends and relatives to say farewell to Amy on Friday, October 21 between 6 to 9 p.m. On Saturday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., a memorial service will be held followed by a reception to celebrate Amy's life.
