Veteran WWII, Retired Officer Ottawa Police Department Monday, May 28, 2001. Charles Michael Fagan, age 74. Beloved husband and best friend of Jessie Coulter. Loving father of John (Margaret), Christopher (June), Tom and Robert. Cherished grandfather of Nicolas, Tina and Elizabeth. Dear brother of Bill (Sally), the late Jim (Sheila), Mary Carey, Helen (Dan Quinn), Jack (Mary) and Fred (the late Joan). Fondly remembered by Cathy Justa and her children Sarah and Christopher, many nieces and nephews. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, Walkley Road (east of Bank) Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Thursday to Resurrection of Our Lord Church for Mass of Christian Funeral.
