Peacefully in her sleep, at the Ajax-Pickering Health Centre, Ajax, Ontario, on Tuesday, June 5, 2001, after a courageous battle with cancer. Colleen Jean Cochrane in her 76th year, wife of the late Kenneth Cochrane and dear mother of Beverley McMillan, Aylmer, Quebec, Doug and his wife Marion, Luskville, Quebec, and Kevin of Ajax, Ontario. Predeceased by daughter Brenda. Cherished and loving grandmother of Laurie (Hans), Calgary, Sherri-Lyn, Ottawa, Blair and Amber of Scarborough, Shawn and Kristina of Ajax. Survived by four sisters and two brothers. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held on June 9, 2001 at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, Ontario, for family and friends. Burial will be held on June 16th, 2001, 9:00 a.m. at St. Luke's Anglican Church Cemetery, Luskville, Quebec. Friends and family are welcome.
