In hospital Smiths Falls on Sunday, June 10, 2001, Raymond Hammond in his 70th year, beloved husband of Dorothy MacMillan; loved father of Randy (Audrey) Hammond of R.R. #4, Smiths Falls, Bonnie (Doug Rupert) Riddell of Simcoe, Perry (Kelly) Hammond of Smiths Falls and Cindy (Ron) Johnson of Smiths Falls. Brother of Dennis Hammond of Jasper and Janet (Walter) Lackey of Brockville. Cherished grandfather of Christopher (Colette) Hammond, Kirsten Hammond, Jesse and Cassie Riddell and Ron Jr. Johnson, also survived by great-grandchildren Tristan and Isabel Hammond. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral service will be held in Bethel Pentecostal Church, Smiths Falls, on Wednesday, June 13 at 11 a.m. Interment: Union Cemetery, Lombardy. Donations to the Gideon Society would be appreciated.
