(Hemmings). Peacefully at the Trenton Memorial Hospital on Friday, June 15, 2001 in her one hundredth year. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Bertram W., daughter Irene Messenger, son Clifford and son-in-law John Rivard. She is survived by her loving daughter Marie (Betty) Rivard, son-in-law Douglas Messenger and daughter-in-law Dorothy Pogue. Lovingly remembered by five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and many friends. Friends are invited to attend visitation at the BURKE Funeral Home, 150 Church St., Belleville on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, June 18, 2001 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the Funeral Home. Private Interment will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, Little Britain, Ontario.
