Peacefully at the Argenteuil Hospital, Lachute, Quebec, on Saturday, June 16, 2001 in his eighty-eighth year. Beloved husband of Evelyn Hynes of Lachute, Quebec. Dear father of Margaret (Mrs. Bryan Noble) and Bill (Cathy) all of Mississauga, Ontario. Loving grandfather of Ross (Sonya), Allan (Erin), Craig (Kia) and great-grandfather of James, Sadera and Liam. Also survived by his brothers Lawrence (Gladys) and Melvin and sisters Elsie and Louella and pre-deceased by brothers Lemuel and Albert and sisters May, Eva, Mabel, Alma and Christena. Resting at the J.P. MacKimmie Funeral Home, 660 Main Street, Lachute. Visitation Monday June 18, 2001 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service, Tuesday, June 19, 2001 at 2 p.m. from St. Simeon's Anglican Church, Lachute. Interment Lachute Protestant Cemetery. Donations to the Residence of Lachute, 377 Main Street, Lachute, Quebec, would be appreciated.
