1911 - 2001 Thursday June 21, 2001. Lida Rose Beeman, cherished mother and friend, passed peacefully to rest with the loving support of her daughter, Sharon (Shay) Allen. Predeceased by her husband Geoffrey Carter and son-in-law Lionel Allen. Dear sister of Kathleen (Kaye) Beeman and Arthur Beeman (Margot). Fond aunt of Philip Beeman. Sadly missed by her warm circle of friends whose loving devotion over many years is a special tribute to the courage and determination of a kind and gentle lady with indomitable spirit. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Ave., (west of Carlingwood) Tuesday from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Donations to St. Vincent's Hospital - Geriatric Unit appreciated.
