Peacefully, in hospital, Perth on Sunday, June 24, 2001, George Sherstone in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Elsie (Scott) Sherstone. Loved father of David (Jacoba "Coby") of Whitehorse and Stephen (Rosemary "Ro") of Kingston. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Shea and Jeremy, Andria and Andrew. Dear brother of Grace Cooper of Ottawa. Predeceased by sisters Ethel Emmerson and Dorothy Knight. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth on Tuesday, June 26th from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment, Ramsayville Cemetery, Ottawa at 4:15 p.m. In remembrance, contributions to St. Paul's United Church General Fund would be appreciated.
