1932 - 2001. At the Verdun General Hospital on June 26, 2001 in his sixty-ninth year, Brent went peacefully to be with his Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. Beloved husband and partner of Phyllis for thirty-eight years. Loving father and father-in-law of Robert and Christina, Jonathan, Joy and Rodney. Cherished uncle of Ruth-Ann. Proud "Gramps" of Jessica and Julianna. Dear brother of Ira, Esther and Ranford. For most of the past thirty-six years, Brent had served as a Deacon and Elder of Trinity Pentecostal Church and ministered as a Lay Preacher and Evangelist in North America and the Caribbean. In 1971, together with his wife Phyllis, they founded the West Indian Prayer Group, which continues to provide spiritual and charitable support to the West Indian community in Montreal and in the Caribbean. Resting at Feron's Funeral Homes Inc., 1010 Shevchenko Blvd., Lasalle. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 3 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Pentecostal Church, 7780 Champlain Blvd., Lasalle.
