Peacefully at the Elisabeth Bruyere Pavilion, on Wednesday, June 27, 2001, at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Helen Rayner (nee Taggart). Loving father of Richard, Gordon (Judy) and Scott. Adoring grandfather of Gordon Carl and Jennifer Lynn. Cherished son of the late Gordon B. Rayner and Emily Rayner. Gordon recently retired from the aviation industry and will be sadly missed by many friends and co-workers. A special thanks to Dr. Gick and her staff at the Elisabeth Bruyere Pavilion for their care and compassion. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, June 30, 2001, at 11 a.m. Private cremation.
