Proud grandfather of Heather Cook; Tom, Elizabeth, David and Mary Fee; and Daphne Gagnon-Fee. Brother of Harry. Predeceased by brothers Gerald and Kenneth. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Former President of J. L. Richards and Associates. Queen's Science '47 - Civil Engineering, member of Tricolour Society. Recipient of Grunan Onaraach Award - Queen's Alumni Association, Ottawa Branch. Life member of West Ottawa Rotary Club. Former Director Royal Canadian Geographical Society. A memorial service will be held at McLeod-Stewarton United Church, 507 Bank Street, Ottawa on Wednesday, July 18, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. a donation to the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit, 43 Bruyere Street, Ottawa, Ontario or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
