(nee Church) Peacefully in hospital surrounded by her family at London, Ontario on Sunday, July 1, 2001, age 45 years. Beloved and devoted wife of David, and loving mother of Mike and Kelly. Loved daughter of Orville and Jean Church (nee Collier). Dear sister of Ed, Don (Pauline), Brian (Debbie) and Dorothy (Joe Charlebois). Sue will be sadly missed by many other relatives and friends. Friends may visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road, at the Aviation Parkway, on Wednesday, July 4, 2001 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to Celebrate Sue's Life will be held on Thursday, July 5, at 11 a.m. at Bell Street United Church, 384 Arlington Avenue at Bell Street.
