Dr. Communications Research Centre - retired Graduate of the University of Alberta, and Imperial College, U.K. (1955) Suddenly, at the cottage, on Sunday, July 1, 2001, at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Rosemary (Bowen). Dear father of Elizabeth White (Rick), Susan Gibbons (Don) and Diana Bissett (Peter). Cherished poppy of Sarah, Andrea, Matthew, Rebecca, Emma, Claire, Jeremy, Meaghan and Thomas. Brother of William, Edward (Anne), Peter (Susan) and the late Robert. Brother-in-law to Rosemary Florence. Loved by many nephews, nieces and friends. He enriched all of our lives through his love for family, his passion for art and science and his deep spirituality. He will be sadly missed. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Christ Church, Bells Corners, 3861 Richmond Road on Friday, July 6, 2001 at 11 a.m. with reception to follow.
